Slush is back in town! A recent study found that universally there are 3 things that business men obsess about. Its money, technology and strippers, and not necessarily in that order. Slush is the now world famous non-profit which helps tech startups find Mr. or Ms. right who will help them grow their business. Its a very exciting event with thousands of attendees.
This years speakers include one of the co-founders of Skype and Supercell, for example. Also speaking is the CEO of Logitech as well as the former prime minister of Finland Jyrki Katainen, who now holds an obscure post somewhere deep midsts of the EU. (Ok he is officially the Vice President of the European Commission but nobody has ever counted how many Vice Presidents there are in that Commission..)
What you should know is that if you are in the start up business, you should most probably attend. Its the event in its field in Europe. Slush runs for 2 days , between November 11-12, 2015. Tickets start at 395€ and well worth it. (Visit www.Slush.org for details)
Crystal Show Club being the only Strip Club in Helsinki with its own mobile app for VIP’s is the natural place for the heated after party.
Please note that last year according to rumors 2 taxi drivers were at risk of getting sudden attacks of narcolepsy when the terms “equity pie” and “funding stages” came up 60 times during the 6 minute ride from the Kaapeli tehdas conference to Crystal Show Club. Luckily no one was hurt and the excited investors were also able to charge their CPU’s with a few bottles of champagne at the VIP downstairs.
And if you didn’t know this already – a word of caution: The finish police together with the meter maids and other very serious branches of the governments operative and legislative sections are cracking down on the transportation service UBER very hard. So if you want to play it safe, you can contact Crystal for a VIP limousine pick up totally free, any time between 20.00-02.00 – but please note that its required that you make your booking 24 hrs in advance.
