The popular games are in Helsinki this time – opening ceremonies (open to all public) will be held tonight at Senaatintori starting at around 8pm. With live performers such as Jukka Poika, a popular finnish reggea artist the opening ceremonies should be quite fun.
Starting tomorrow, 27 June, Helsinki Olympic Stadium will be the venue for the 2012 European Athletics Championships competitions, which will last until July 1st. Tickets are available via lippupalvelu, more details regarding tickets are available at the official site here.
